Therapy Sessions

My Specialty is working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.

A therapy session for individuals is usually 50 to 60 minutes. Couples and family sessions can last for either 50 to 60 minutes or up to 90 minutes, depending upon your needs.

The first step in the therapeutic process is to gather information about what brought you to therapy, and then to develop a treatment plan to address these issues. As part of the therapy, I will monitor your progress with each session to ensure we remain focused on our goals.


I have a flexible schedule, and generally see clients Monday through Friday, by appointment. Therapy often works most efficiently on a weekly basis, however, some clients require fewer sessions while others may require more frequent sessions. Counseling is tailored to meet your specific needs with the goal of fewer sessions over time.

Insurance/ Fees

I have a standard fee for counseling sessions, however, in some cases, I offer a reduced fee. Please contact me to discuss your needs.

Many clients are interested in using their health insurance to pay for therapy and my policy is to provide you with a detailed monthly invoice, which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Your coverage may vary and as I work as an out-of network therapist, you may wish to clarify your coverage with your insurance company. By not working directly with your insurance company, I am able to maintain your confidentiality.

Payment is due in full at the time of service and cash, checks, credit/debit cards are accepted.
